Over the past 15 years, DAGADANA has been exploring Polish and Ukrainian culture, merging elements of both cultures in a mix of traditional Slavic music, jazz, electronic and world music. An evening full of energetic live performance, enchanting soundscapes and impressive vocals, by a group of excellent musicians.

Poland and Ukraine are neighbouring countries, both of Slavic origins, with similar languages and customs. When exploring these roots in search for musical inspirations, you will find a multitude of surprising similarities and differences that emphasize their uniqueness. This is exactly what you will find in the songs of DAGADANA, a band that attempts to blur the boundaries and build bridges.

DAGADANA’s philosophy is centered around the value in meeting and exchanging music and art from all over the world. They see themselves as musical ambassadors, carrying a message of understanding between Poland and Ukraine. This work has gotten a new and tragic relevance in the aftermath of Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
