Mariza: her name alone does justice to the heritage status of fado. Her music simply transcends this status. She started in gospel and jazz, but eventually dedicated her life to the Portuguese fado. It turned out to be a destined match, ever since her debut album Fado em mim in 2001. Two decades later, she is still a leading name in the fado world with unprecedented sales figures.

Mariza brought the intimate fado genre to the big stages and paved the way for artists such as Carminho, Sara Correia and Gisela João. With this tour she presents new music for the first time in four years, including her new single Casa and a new album that is on its way. The beautiful warm sounds of her soulful fado guarantee an unforgettable evening in Amare. Don't miss it!
