Expo: Art without borders

The Avrasya Foundation opened the exhibition Kunst zonder grenzen (Art without borders) on the Kunstenplein in Amare on 22 June. Artist Salim Karacelik is exhibiting here until August 19.

The works of art are inspired by the good and bad of humanity, in which our unconscious world is interwoven that can influence and guide human life.

Salim Karaçelik was born in İzmir, Karşıyaka, He went to high school at Şemikler High School. He graduated from the Department of Biology of Marmara University AEF (eng) in 1997. From a young age he was involved in various techniques of photography, painting and collage.

The Avrasya Foundation is committed to the integration and emancipation of non-Western women and families. From the start, the intention has been to make Dutch-Turkish women in The Hague in particular feel at home in Dutch society. They also previously organized a workshop afternoon in Amare.
