Kaseko in Concert neemt je mee op een prachtige reis door de rijke Surinaamse muziekgeschiedenis van 1950 tot heden. De 16-koppige band van topmuzikanten, in combinatie met de presentatie van befaamde Surinaamse comedian Clifton Braam, vormen een muziekspektakel vol humor met een hoog ‘voetje van de vloer’-gehalte. Een avond om niet te missen! 

Kaseko is een van de belangrijkste muziekstromingen uit Suriname en tevens de basis voor vele succesvolle internationale nummers. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan muziek van onder andere Cojunto Latinos, Cosmo Stars, The Caribbean Combo, Fun Masters, Orchestra Tropical, Orchestra Washboard, Master Blasters, Kaseko Masters en nog vele anderen uit de rijke muziekcultuur van Suriname. 

Tijdens Kaseko in Concert zullen vele prominente muzikanten van Surinaamse en Caribische afkomst te horen zijn, onder wie Nato Grootfaam, Romario Panka, Orlando Ceder en Stephanie Nunes. Het wordt een avond vol traditie en warme herinneringen voor velen. Kortom: een avond om je thuis te voelen.
